Questions about this service.
Who has to file an income tax return?
Anyone whose taxable income is above the exemption limit must file, along with many others who meet FBR conditions, for example owners of certain property or vehicles. Filing also gets you on the Active Taxpayer List. Send us your details and we'll check your case for free.
When is the deadline?
For individuals and AOPs the return is normally due by 30 September after the tax year ends (30 June). Companies with a June year end normally file by 31 December. The FBR sometimes extends these dates.
What are the benefits of being on the ATL?
Active taxpayers pay lower withholding tax on banking transactions, property, vehicles, profit on savings and more, and avoid many restrictions that apply to non-filers.
